Kerala HC Orders Not To Arrest M Sivasankar Till October 23
Kochi: The Kerala High Court, while hearing the anticipatory bail petition, said former Principal Secretary to the CM, M Sivasankar IAS should not be arrested till October 23 for his alleged links with the accused in Kerala gold smuggling case.
