Man Shot Dead In Kashmir, Allegedly By Cow Vigilantes

New Delhi: A middle-aged man was shot dead in Kashmir in the early hours on Thursday. It is alleged that cow vigilantes shot a man, identified as Ahmmed Shah, while he was taking his cattle out in Bhaderwah on Thursday. The police have arrested seven people in connection with the murder. Post the murder, an outrage broke out in the region, in which protesters set fire on vehicles and attacked shops. A curfew has been imposed in the region in the wake of the violence.
