No Need To Review Stolen Documents In Rafale Deal; Centre Files Affidavit

New Delhi: The Central Government filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court saying that there is no need to review the apex court verdict issued on 14 December on Rafale deal, which gave a clean chit to the Centre. The Government argued that the verdict should not be reviewed merely based on some media reports and stolen documents. A bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi will consider the review petitions on Monday.
