Former SC Employee Raises Sexual Harassment Complaint Against CJI

New Delhi: A former woman employee of the Supreme Court has raised a sexual harassment complaint against Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. In a  28-page letter submitted to 22 Supreme Court judges, the complainant alleged that the CJI has harassed her and her family for resisting his sexual advances. This is for the first time that a sexual assault complaint has been raised against the CJI. Three online media including Caravan have reported the incident.
