Kochi: K Ayyappan, the assistant private secretary of the Speaker, reached Kochi to appear before the Customs on Friday for the interrogation related to the dollar smuggling case. Prior to the interrogation, he did not respond anything about the matter to Mathrubhumi News. The Customs issued the summons in his personal address after the secretary of the Kerala Assembly notified the Customs on protocol violation in its previous attempt to interrogate him.
