No One Responsible For Maoist CP Jaleel's Death, Says Magisterial Inquiry Report
New Delhi: A magisterial inquiry report said that no one is responsible for the killing of Maoist leader CP Jaleel during an encounter with the Thunderbolt force in Wayanad. The Thunderbolt forces's retaliation cannot be seen as an offence as they were exercising their right to self defence, the report added. There was no lapse in providing first aid to Jaleel.
