Vote Counting: HC Orders Strict Restrictions From May 1 To 4

Kochi: The Kerala High Court has ordered to impose strict restrictions in the state for four days from May 1 in view of the surge in the Covid cases here. The court strictly restricted gatherings and celebrations on the day of declaring election results. The court also directed that the police should ensure that restrictions are strictly followed. Those who violate the orders will be booked under the Epidemic Diseases Act.
