India Warned Sri Lanka On Bomb Blasts Thrice Before Easter Terror Attack
Colombo: In the wake of the serial bomb blast held in Sri Lanka on Sunday, reports state that India warned the island country on a possible terror attack thrice ahead the explosion. The Sri Lankan government has apologised for its failure to act despite receiving the warning. The country's Defence Minister confirmed that they have identified eight of the suicide bombers, who were part of executing nine bomb blasts, and one among them is a woman. Post the explosion, 60 suspects have been arrested. The militant group Islamic State (IS) claimed the responsibility for the bombings.
