Dr Thomas Issac Will Present State Budget Today
T'puram: The Kerala state budget for 2019-20 will be presented on Thursday. Due to the lingering impact of the devastating floods on the state exchequer, the budget is a tough challenge for Finance Minister Dr Thomas Isaac. The budget is expected to give priority to the rebuilding of Kerala.
