Joice George's Poll Defeat: High Range Protection Council To Probe Into Its Work
Idukki: In the wake of the severe defeat suffered by Joice George in Idukki, the High Range Protection Council director Fr Sebastian Kochupurackal said that they will probe into the matter to identify the causes that led to the depressing poll result received by their candidate. Speaking to Mathrubhumi News, the director said that the defeat indicates that they were not able to effectively address the key issues, including environmental concerns, to the voters. The Council will not change its stand at any cost, he added.
