Court Revokes Ex-Bishop Franco Mulakkal's Bail, Issues Production Warrant
Kottayam: The Additional Sessions Court in Kottayam revoked the bail of former Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mullakkal, who is the prime accused in a rape case, after he constantly failed to appear before the court despite several warnings. The court has issued a production warrant against him. The case will be heard again on August 31.
