Gross Irregularities Found In Chief Electrical Inspectorate
T'puram: Gross irregularities have been found in the purchase of equipment to the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, a body under the Kerala State Electricity Board. In an inspection conducted by the Finance department, it has been confirmed that a corruption of Rs 1 crore took place in the purchase. The inspection team recommended that the loss to the exchequer should be recovered from the employees and for disciplinary action to be taken against the guilty.
