Locals In Kargil Unhappy Over Scrapping Of Article 370
Kargil: Kargil under the Union Territory of Ladakh is unhappy over the removal of special status of Jammu and Kashmir. The locals in Kargil alleged that the union Government betrayed them who supported the nation during the Kargil war by scrapping Article 370.
