Karnataka Political Drama Ends; Congress-JD(S) Govt Falls; Kumaraswamy Loses, BJP Wins Trust Vote
Bengaluru: The political drama in Karnataka has come to an end, on Tuesday, after the Congress-JD(S) coalition government led by Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy lost the trust vote in the assembly. In the floor test, 99 MLAs supported Kumaraswamy while 105 legislators voted against the coalition government. Thus, the BJP won the trust vote.
