Why Should Employees Suffer For Inefficiency Of KSRTC Management, Asks SC
New Delhi: The Supreme Court asked why should the employees suffer for the inefficiency of the KSRTC management. The court has also asked why the management is appointing empanelled employees without considering the merit list. The apex court has also impleaded the state government as a party in the petition filed by the KSRTC against the High Court order which directed the authorities to consider giving pension to the employees who were appointed on a temporary basis.
