14-Day Quarantine Made Mandatory For Returning Migrants
T'puram: Kerala has made the 14-day quarantine mandatory for migrant workers who return to Kerala from other states. The state's Health department has issued an order in this regard. They should undergo a rapid antigen test for COVID-19. Either the agent and employer of the worker or the workers themselves, if they returned directly, should bear the expenses of the test.
