60th School Arts Festival 2019 Begins
Kanhangad: The 60th annual School Arts Festival 2019 got underway in Kanhangad in Kasaragod. Assembly Speaker P Sreeramakrishnan inaugurated the festival by lighting a traditional lamp. Inaugurating the event, he said that art is a psychological festival that breaks the walls of the mind.
