General Strike Hits Fishing Industry
Kollam: The two-day general strike called by the trade unions has put fishing industry in distress. Hundreds of boats are anchored in the sea as there is no auction or sale of fish in the harbours due to strike. The strike has already affected the fishing industry of the state economically.
