HC Directs EC To Hold Rajya Sabha Polls Before May 2
Kochi: High Court directed the Election Commission to hold Rajya Sabha polls before May 2. The High Court accepted the petition filed by the CPM and the Assembly Secretary. The court ruled that the current legislators have the right to vote.
