Jalandhar Bishop Temporarily Relieved From His Duties
T'puram: Jalandhar bishop Franco Mulakkal has been temporarily relieved from his duties at the Jalandhar diocese. The CBI President has clearly said that this move was made as per the bishop's request. The bishop had sent a letter to the Vatican, through the Vatican Ambassador in New Delhi, requesting to temporary relieve him from his duties at Jalandhar diocese. According to the reports, the Pope had taken this decision after considering the letter.
