Kannur suffers huge losses due to floods and landslides
Kannur: Huge losses have been reported at Kannur due to floods and landslides. According to the reports, a total of 990 hectares of agricultural land has been destroyed. The flood has affected the panchayaths of Kottiyoor and Ayyankunnu the most. Around 183.19 Crores of rupees would be needed for the reconstruction of damaged roads and highways.
