KCBC Against Nun's Protest
Kochi: The Kerala Catholic Bishop Council (KCBC) had said that it rejected the nuns’ protest demanding the arrest of bishop Franco Mulakkal. KCBC has said that the nuns and priests who joined the protest are against the interests of the church and the norms of the congregations and that the protest staged created a space for the enemies of church to mock the catholic church and its authorities. The KCBC also said that the act of arresting bishop Franco Mulakkal in the nun rape case is painful.
