Saji Cheriyan & Raju Abraham denied the chance to address Assembly
T'Puram: Two MLAs from the worst affected districts were denied the chance to address the special assembly meet which was held to discuss the aftermath of the flood havoc. Chengannur MLA Saji Cheriyan and Ranni MLA Raju Abraham were avoided in the discussion. People’ s representatives from the flood-hit areas were given chance to speak in the assembly meet. The MLAs of Chengannur and Ranni were forbidden from speaking, even when the MLA Prathibha Hari of Kayamkulam, one of the least affected areas, was allowed to speak. Saji Cheriyan and Raju Abraham had publicly criticized the rescue operations during the flood.
