Technical barrier to issue moratorium benefits to flood victims
T'puram: The flood victims will not get the moratorium benefits of banks without notifiying Kerala as completely flood affected. The banks will also inform the government that the notifcation of only 981 villages as flood affected prevents them from issuing the benefits. The government will have to consider seperately the financial liabilties of the people having no insurance coverage for homes and crops.
