Congress Did Not Suffer Setback In Kottayam, Says DCC President Joshy Philip
Kottayam: DCC president of Kottayam, Joshy Philip said the party did not suffer any setback in the local body election in the district. He alleged that there were irregularities in the special ballot votes and that he would file a complaint along with evidence.
