Mumbai: The rifts within the three-party alliance in Maharashtra over the cabinet expansion continues. After MLA Sangram Thopte was denied a cabinet berth, his supporters vandalized the Congress office in Pune. There are disputes in the NCP and the Congress over distribution of portfolios.
