Budget Presentation Begins; Importance Given For Rebuilding State
T'Puram: Kerala budget presentation has begun in the Assembly. Finance Minister Thomas Issac is presenting the fourth budget of the Pinarayi Government and the tenth of his. It is expected that a cess on GST will be announced in the budget for procuring money for rebuilding Kerala after one most the most devastating floods the State has ever witnessed. Earlier the minister had said that the state is facing very severe financial crisis.
