Toll For Entering Kollam Port: Fisherfolk Stage Protest
Kollam: Fisherfolk staged a protest at Sakthikulangara harbour here against the decision to impose a toll for entering the port. Earlier, the toll was imposed only on visitors. The new toll arrangements in the port include fisherfolk and their vehicles. The order issued by port authorities directed everyone to pay the toll for each entry.
