കണ്ണൂർ വി സി നിയമനത്തിനെതിരായ നിയമപോരാട്ടത്തിനിടെ സര്വകലാശാല ബോര്ഡ് ഓഫ് സ്റ്റഡീസ് നിയമനം നടത്തിയതിനെതിരെയും ഗവര്ണറുടെ നിയമപോരാട്ടം. ബോര്ഡ് ഓഫ് സ്റ്റഡീസിനെ നാമനിര്ദേശം ചെയ്യാന് അധികാരം ചാന്സലര്ക്കാണെന്ന് ഗവര്ണര് ഹൈക്കോടതിയില് നല്കിയ സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തില് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.
