Jalandhar bishop likely to seek anticipatory bail in HC, says lawyer
കൊച്ചി: കന്യാസ്ത്രീയെ പീ!ഡിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്ന കേസില് അറസ്റ്റ് ഒഴിവാക്കാന് മുന്കൂര് ജാമ്യത്തിനായി ബിഷപ്പ് ഫ്രാങ്കോ മുളയ്ക്കല് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചേക്കുമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അഭിഭാഷകന് വിജയഭാനു. മുന്കൂര് ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ചര്ച്ച നടന്നുവരികയാണെന്നും അഭിഭാഷകന് അറിയിച്ചു. മുന്കൂര് ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ എഫ്.ഐ.ആര് റദ്ദാക്കാനും അപേക്ഷ നല്കിയേക്കുമെന്ന് സൂചനകളുണ്ട്. എന്നാല് സെപ്റ്റംബര് 19ന് അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിന് മുന്നില് ഹാജരാകില്ലെന്ന് ബിഷപ്പ് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലെന്നും അഡ്വക്കറ്റ് വിജയഭാനു വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
