Strike Supporters, Traders Clash In Manjeri
മലപ്പുറം: മലപ്പുറം മഞ്ചേരിയില്‍ കട തുറക്കാനെത്തിയ വ്യാപാരികളും സമാരനുകൂലികളും തമ്മില്‍ സംഘര്‍ഷം. വ്യാപാരികളും സമരക്കാരും നേര്‍ക്കുനേര്‍ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടി. രാവിലെ കടകള്‍ തുറന്ന വ്യാപാരികളുടെ കടകള്‍ അടപ്പിക്കാനാണ് സമരാനുകൂലകള്‍ എത്തിയത്. എന്നാല്‍ വ്യാപാരികള്‍ ഒരുമിക്കുകയും കടകള്‍ തുറക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണവും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണത്തില്‍ വ്യാപാരികള്‍ കട തുറക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് സമരാനുകൂലികള്‍ അക്രമത്തിന് മുതിര്‍ന്നത്. എസ്പിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ വന്‍ പോലീസ് സന്നാഹം സ്ഥലത്ത് ക്യാമ്പ് ചെയ്യുകയാണ്.
